100% refund if cancelled before 10 days of scheduled arrival date
50% refund if cancelled before 05 days of scheduled arrival date (but less than 10 days)
No refund if cancelled less than 05 days prior to the scheduled arrival date
In case of any date change ₹1500/- per room + 18% GST will be charged. (Rate difference shall be levied)
Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and GST shall be charged as per applicable
In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress)
Booking can be made/processed under one main guest’s name, and that guest should be travelling. In the absence of the named guest, name change charges of ₹1500 + 18% GST will be applicable.
The refund process will usually take 21 working days from the date of refund requests raised. The refund requests can only proceed via email (gujarat.arihanttours.com)
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer only
