Delhi To Shimla Manali – Delhi – Shima – Manali – Chandigarh -Delhi
Day:-01 Delhi-Shimla
After you arrive at the Delhi airport/railway station, our tour representative will meet you and assist you with a transfer to Shimla by road. Once you reach Shimla, check-in at the hotel. You have the evening to yourself to spend as you like. Fondly known as the “Queen of Hills,” Shimla is the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, boasting mesmerizing scenery and a laid-back atmosphere. During your leisure time, explore nearby places such as the Mall, the Ridge, and more on your own. Stay overnight.
Day:-02 Shimla local
After enjoying a filling and delicious breakfast, we head to Kufri. The name “Kufri” originates from ‘Kufr,’ meaning lake. This destination is favored among trekkers and offers a salubrious climate along with stunning natural beauty, making it an ideal summer getaway. Kufri hosts an annual winter sports festival in February and is renowned for adventure activities such as skiing and tobogganing. It boasts the oldest skiing slopes in Himachal Pradesh. Additionally, Kufri is a haven for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers, with the Himalayan Nature Park located on the town’s outskirts, home to over 180 varieties of fauna.
Next, we visit the famous Mall Road of Shimla, including the Scandal Point and Jhakoo Temple. Private vehicles do not have access to Jhakoo Temple due to its location, so guests can take a shared taxi available on Mall Road. It’s advisable to visit the temple before dark. After ample shopping on Mall Road, we return to the hotel for a mouth-watering dinner. We’ll spend the night in the resort.
Day:-03 Shimla-Manali (9Hrs)
Have your breakfast and begin driving Manali, one of the most popular hill stations of India. Upon arriving, complete the check- in formalities at the hotel. The evening is at leisure. Flocked by honeymooners and family vacationers all around the year, Manali is dotted with a number of attractions. Stay overnight.
Day:-04 Manali – Rohtag Pass
After enjoying an early breakfast, embark on a breathtaking drive to Snow Point on the road to Rohtang Pass (Closed On Tuesdays). Rohtang Pass, known for its scenic beauty, holds strategic importance for India. The Manali-Leh Highway, a part of NH 21, traverses Rohtang Pass. The name Rohtang means ‘ground of corpses’ due to the number of people who lost their lives trying to cross it. Besides Lahaul and Spiti, Rohtang Pass also serves as the gateway to Pangi and the valley of Leh. The Pass offers beautiful sights of glaciers, peaks, Lahaul Valley, and the Chandra River. The twin peaks of Geypan are also visible from Rohtang.
Later, visit the famous Solang Valley. Solang Valley, locally known as Solang Nullah, is renowned as the preferred location for adventure activities in Himachal Pradesh. For those who love the rush of adrenaline, there is no place better than Solang in Kullu Valley to indulge in parachuting, paragliding, skating, and zorbing. It is 8500 feet above mean sea level. Solang is not just about adventure activities. Its lush greenery, apple orchards, snow-capped peaks, and lakes attract lakhs of visitors. Return to the hotel by the evening. Enjoy dinner and overnight in the hotel. Note: Rohtang Pass is closed from 15th November to 30th April due to SNOW.
Day:-05 Manali-Solang valley Trip
The morning we proceed for Solang Valley, where we can enjoy adventure activities like Zorbing, Paragliding. Later you can also visit Tibetan Monastery- not only a place of worship but also a Tibetan culture centre, the natural springs and sandstone temples at Vashist Village, Hadimba Devi Temple- dedicated to Hidimba, wife of Bhim-one of the 5 Pandava brother of the Hindu epic Mahabharata and the Manu Temple- and old temple dedicated to sage Manu. Club House In the evening we return to the hotel or free time at mall road. Overnight at Manali.
Day:-06 Manali-Chandigarh (9Hrs)
After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities at the hotel and then proceed for Chandigarh. Chandigarh – is the first planned modern city of India designed by the French architect Le Corbusier. Chandigarh is a city in India that serves as the capital of two states – Punjab and Haryana. However, the city does not belong to either state. Rather, the city is administered by the federal government and hence classified as a union territory.
Day:-07 Chandigarh (9Hrs)
After breakfast we checkout from hotel and proceed for local sightseeing Rock Garden / Rose Garden / Pinjore Garden and Sukhna Lake. After lunch (at own cost) we proceed for Delhi by Road. On arrival you will be transferred to the airport/railway station to board the flight/Train back to home.
